HOW SESSIONS WORK

Inner Block Clearing is a structured process designed to help you work through subconscious resistance and internal patterns that may be contributing to stress, emotional heaviness, recurring reactions, and a lack of clarity.

My work draws on Mind Shifting methods developed by Stevie Kent, integrated into the structured process I use in my sessions.

WHAT A SESSION IS FOR

A session is designed to help you address one specific issue that feels stuck, emotionally charged, or difficult to move through.

Often, the challenge is not only the situation itself, but the internal resistance connected to it. The purpose of the session is to work at that deeper level so that internal friction can soften and clarity can return more naturally.

This work may be helpful when you are experiencing stress, overwhelm, recurring emotional patterns, overthinking, avoidance, self-doubt, people pleasing, or difficulty moving forward with clarity.

It is intended to support emotional and behavioral change by helping you work through subconscious patterns that may contribute to stress, unwanted reactions, unhelpful habits, and difficulty moving forward.

HOW A SESSION BEGINS

Each session begins by identifying one clearly defined issue you want to work on.

This might be something you are feeling emotionally, a recurring internal pattern, a situation that feels heavy, or a goal that feels blocked by doubt or resistance.

We begin by bringing focus to that one issue so the session remains clear, precise, and effective.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE SESSION

Once the issue is clear, I guide you through a structured process in a calm and focused way.

You do not need to come prepared with a long explanation, and you do not need to figure everything out mentally. The process is not about forcing insight through analysis. It is about noticing what is arising beneath the surface and allowing the session to work at that level.

Throughout the session, I guide the process step by step so you can stay focused on what is present. The emphasis is on noticing what comes up, rather than trying to analyze or logically work everything out.

YOUR ROLE IN THE SESSION

Your role is simple: stay present, notice what comes up, and respond honestly and briefly.

There is no need to perform, explain everything perfectly, or come up with the right answer. You do not need to make sense of everything as it happens. What matters is being willing to notice what arises and allow the process to unfold.

It is helpful to be in a quiet space where distractions can be set aside so you can give the session your full attention. Beyond that, there is nothing you need to do to prepare in advance.

WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE

During a session, you may notice thoughts, feelings, body sensations, images, memories, or reactions arising in the moment.

Sometimes what comes up feels clear. Sometimes it may seem unexpected, subtle, or difficult to understand right away. That is completely fine.

You are not required to interpret everything during the session. The process is designed to work through guided awareness rather than intellectual effort alone. What first arises may be a feeling, body sensation, thought, or mental image, and there is no need to work it out logically.

WHAT THIS WORK MAY SUPPORT

This work may be helpful for issues such as:

  • self-sabotage and avoidance

  • people pleasing and boundary challenges

This work is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, or medical treatment.
